Bulk Bag Liner Styles
Design your liner options for your Bulk Bag

Tube Liner
Cylindrical polyethylene liner without spouts or contours. Affordable, ideal for general moisture and dust protection. Can be tabbed or glued inside the bag

Baffle Liner
Designed with internal baffles to maintain a square shape. Maximizes space efficiency (up to 20%) and stacking stability. Ideal for products that benefit from uniform shaping.

Form-Fitted Liner
Shaped to match the FIBC’s dimensions, including spouts. Reduces excess material and product residue. Often heat-sealed for added protection and cleanliness.

Foil Liner
Made from aluminium foil for superior moisture, oxygen, and UV protection. Commonly used for pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical applications. Offers excellent barrier properties for sensitive materials.

Gusseted Liner
Features side gussets for increased volume and better fit in square bags. Expands to accommodate larger or irregularly shaped contents. Useful for maximizing bag capacity while maintaining shape

Conductive/Anti-Static Liner
Made with static-dissipative or conductive materials. Prevents static buildup during filling/discharging of flammable or fine powders. Often used in hazardous or sensitive environments.
