Advantages
- Easy filling through a top-corner valve: ideal for dry, flowable products like cement, chemicals, and powders.
- Self-sealing design eliminates the need for sewing or heat sealing equipment: reducing labour and equipment costs.
- Widely used in industrial applications: for efficient, dust-free packaging of bulk materials.
- Offers excellent stacking strength and space optimization: for storage and transport.
- Compatible with automated filling lines: improving packaging speed and consistency.
Types of Closures
Design your filling options for your Valve Sacks

Seal-Sealing
- Self-sealing mechanism relies on internal product pressure to keep the valve closed.
- Not suitable for food-grade sealing requirements
- Best used with inner valve bag designs for effective closure.

Heat Sealing
- Traditional sealing method using external heat.
- Applied with heat sealers.
- Commonly used for sonic-seal sleeves.

Ultrasonic-Sealing
- Uses ultrasonic sealing for advanced closure.
- Creates an airtight seal to block air and humidity.
- Maintains cleanliness during filling.
- Ideal for dry food and contamination-sensitive industries.

Manual Sealing
- Manual sealing of the valve flap.
- Used to close industrial paper bags.
- Common for outer valve bag designs.
Valve Types
Design your valve type for your Valve Sacks
Paper Insert
- Paper strip added to valve opening.
- Improves valve strength and reduces sifting.
- Most cost-effective valve option for paper bags.
Double Trap
- Offset paper and plastic film applied separately.
- Prevents product sifting through the valve opening.
Conical Bottom
- Polyethylene film pasted into valve opening.
- Creates a rigid, sift-resistant seal.
- Enhances valve durability and product protection.
Reduced Valve
- A valve tube opening that is smaller than the top and bottom width of the bag.
Tuck-In Sleeve
- Manual tucking process for outer sleeve extension.
- Used after the bag is loaded.
- Optional thumb notch for smoother handling on machinery.
Sonic-Seal Sleeve
- Extended outer cover on valve sack.
- Laminated with film for ultrasonic airtight closure.
- Fully automated bag loading.
- Exceptional sealing performance
